Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore by reputed courier agencies. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time:
All orders are processed within 2 – 4 business days on the confirmation of payment. We pursue the following steps to process every order.

2. Shipping time: 1 - 2 days
After processing and leaving our warehouse, items usually take between 2 to 5 business days to arrive at your destination but can take longer from time to time for locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area.

Shipping Policy:
We ship products throughout India and all orders of Rs 1499 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 80 if your total order value is less Rs. 1499.
Vikarah possesses the right to modify its shipping policy at any time, without prior notice.
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore and are scheduled to arrive within 5 – 9 business days from receipt of your order.

Order Delivery Policy:
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However Vikarah takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
All claims for products damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through email at info@vikarah.com with a picture attached for resolution.
Vikarah is not responsible for damage after delivery.
