In case of any physically damaged condition, the package must not be accepted and should be returned by mentioning the reason for return on the Docket slip.
Vikarah Holistic Beauty Rituals is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
In case of quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. Any such discrepancy must be reported on the day of delivery through email at [email protected] with a picture attached for resolution.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in saleable, absolutely unworn condition along with the receipt/tags & accessories/freebies (if any) intact and in their original packaging and subject to following terms-
1. Returns and exchange requests will be subject to inspection by Vikarah Holistic Beauty Rituals.
2. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.
3. Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
4. No refund shall be made once goods are sold.
