Q.1 How do I sign up for a Vikarah Holistic Beauty Ritual account?

All you need to do is provide us with your name, email address, mobile number and a password of your choice. You can add and save your address for a faster check out on future orders

Q.2 I forgot my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered with us by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you. We strongly recommend that you change this at your earliest convenience

Q.3 I cannot complete my registration, what do I need to do?

Contact us, detailing the problem you have encountered. You can either email us on [email protected] or call us on +(91) 96066 59349 and our Customer Care will be happy to assist you.

Q.4 Do I have to have an account to place an order?

Yes, you are required to make an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple. You can enjoy rating and reviewing our products as per your experience

ORDERING

Q: 1 How do I place my order?

Step 1: Click on the Category of your choice.

Step 2: Click on SHOP NOW.

Step 3: Click on ADD TO CART.

Step 4: Click on CHECKOUT where you must complete the details of your order and place your order successfully.

Q:2 Can I buy multiple products in single order?

Yes. Just add all the products you wish to buy into your shopping bag and then complete your order. This way you can save on any additional shipping charges!

Q:3 Can I ship the products to an address that is different to my billing address?

No. This option is not available at this moment.

Q:4 How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once you place your order, your order confirmation status will be automatically updated on your registered email address and mobile number (SMS)

Q:5 How can I track my order?

We dispatch most orders within 2 – 5 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays, local/ natural disturbances) 

You can track your order from the ‘My Account’ section on the website to get an update on your order status. Here, you will be assisted with a tracking number. The same will be visible in the ‘My Account’ section and will be emailed to you, along with the logistic partner details. In case of any issue with your order, we will notify you immediately.

Q:6 How are the items packaged at Vikarah Holistic Beauty Rituals?

Each of our products is first bubble wrapped and then placed in a sturdy carton, which is taped and prepared for shipping. Fragile items like spray or glass bottles are safeguarded with an additional layer of bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging and wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Q:7 I am having some issues on the site. What advice can you give me to successfully place my order?

Q.8 What payment types do you offer?

You can pay for purchases using Debit, Credit card and Net banking methods.

Q:9 What if an item is out of stock?

Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for immediate sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in the stock. We will send you a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock. Remember, this can only be done if you have a Vikarah Holistic Beauty Rituals  account and are signed in at the same time.

Q.10 How do I make changes to my order?

You can’t modify the order once it has been placed. We suggest you to cancel the order and place a new order with your desired changes.

Q.11 How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promotional code on my order?

When you have clicked on the 'Checkout' button, you will be directed to a section where you can enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. On entering the code, the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment

Q.12 Why was my order payment rejected?

There are various reasons why this may have happened but we suggest the following step. Firstly, check with your bank to ensure there are funds available to pay for your order. Secondly, check if your debit, credit or net banking system information is valid and up to date. If you were recently issued a new card, some of the information may have changed. In that case, please confirm your credit card details and try again. Thirdly, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore by reputed courier agencies. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts – Processing Time & Shipping Time

Q.1 By when can I expect delivery of my order?

Processing time:  All orders are processed within 2 – 4 business days on the conformation of payment. We pursue the following steps to process every order.

Shipping time: 1 - 2 days
After processing and leaving our warehouse, items usually take between 2 to 5 business days to arrive at your destination but can take longer from time to time for locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area.

Q.2 What do I need to know about my order delivery?

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. We highly recommend that you take your order delivery yourself as Vikarah Holistic Beauty Rituals takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Q.3 What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?

While we try our best to fulfill your order correctly in the best manner possible, for any complaints with regards to your order please contact to customer service on the day of delivery through email at [email protected] with a picture attached for resolution.
In case of any physically damaged condition, the package must not be accepted and should be returned by mentioning the reason for return on the Docket slip. 

Q.4 Can I change the address post it’s shipped?

Unfortunately, we can’t change the address post it’s shipped

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

Q:1 What is your Online Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with product ordered, or are disappointed with the product or service, we would like to know your feedback in order to be able to serve you better. We believe strongly in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are disappointed in any way we would like to know. Q:2 How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on [email protected] You can also call our Customer Care on +(91) 96066 59349 (Timings: 9:30 am-5 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order.

Q:3 How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand if your order qualifies for a return. For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of your request and reflect as per your bank guidelines, which is usually within 10 business days. For all orders that have been delivered, we do not entertain return requests unless the order qualifies, as per our Returns and Refunds Policy. Q:1 What measures do we take to ensure the quality of Vikarah Holistic Beauty Rituals products?

We at Vikarah Holistic Beauty Rituals are fully dedicated to our customers' satisfaction. Rest assured that Vikarah Holistic Beauty Rituals products available on our website are 100% genuine and authentic.

Q:2 What measures does Vikarah Holistic Beauty Rituals take to ensure the products are not damaged during delivery?

We at Vikarah Holistic Beauty Rituals maintain a very high level of quality control and till date, we receive minimal complaints about the quality of our packaging. Furthermore, less than 1% of our products we ship in a year are returned to us as damaged. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, we package our products in bubble wrap and then in sturdy boxes

Q:3 Do the storage systems ensure that the quality of the products is intact?

Our entire inventory is kept in our own warehouse. We store, manage and ship our products to you, no matter where you are, with the utmost care and efficiency.
